At the Springfield American Legion Post, Helena Hosseini took another step on
her impressive journey by winning the Regional Oratorical Contest. Helena’s exceptional
performance earned her a $250 winner’s check, further showcasing her outstanding
public speaking skills and deep understanding of the U.S. Constitution. Department Vice
Commander Mark Stein was on hand to present the awards.
